A lot of people did that with SAFE. They just said FUNY. They still obeyed the fed limits, but once you decide to say F them as well, then the only thing holding you back is the cost of the ammo.I think this will all backfire. People are so sick of this nonsense that they won't comply with the arm brace crap. Then they'll just make their own cans. At that point they'll think to themselves "may as well go for the trifecta". Then you'll see people starting to convert their guns to full auto. At that point they'll have even more of the stuff they want to ban in the wild. After the initial arm brace non compliance people will have broken the shackles and realize they're free.
Even in some heavily anti-gun European countries, suppressors are mandatory at ranges for hearing protection. And why? Because heaven forbid you save your ears! Or hey, how about not bothering your neighbors when someone kicks in your door, you just quietly take care of things! It's being neighborly now isn't it...?
Well...you wouldn't be heard outside of your prison cell.If I said I could make one in an afternoon, would it fall on deaf ears.

Completely disagree. Otherwise law abiding People will comply just as they have done with every other law. Sure a guy may have thirty round mags at home or an unregistered assault weapon he would never bring to a public range but the penalties are so bad on these that compliance is high.I think this will all backfire. Interesting, well I never purchased one nor ever really wanted to. Was more pointing out that people are creative and will come up with alternatives such as oil filters, etc. Cat and mouse games will continue forever.
You got me there, the AW compliance in this state is terrible, but...if people are hiding these they are complying to a large degree even if they think they aren't.you haven't actually looked at the stats about compliance after 2013, have you.
Fuck complying with these egregious, unConstitutional, fake laws.

Not just NY the other states that followed the same path also had compliance rates near single digits. You got me there, the AW compliance in this state is terrible, but...if people are hiding these they are complying to a large degree even if they think they aren't.
Most of suburbia has the fixings for IEDs and suppressors in their house right now.Constructive possession seems a little off to me. If you can be charged because you have the parts needed to build something, then anyone with beer in their fridge and a car in the driveway can be charged with DWI, because they have everything they need to drive drunk.
