I’m not sure if it’s at everyone’s but I picked one of these up today for $50. The box may have been opened and it was the last one, but I grabbed it
I have two other drills, one other impact driver, the reciprocating saw, flash light, reciprocating cut off tool, and circular saw. I love them all. I have bought most on the end caps of Home Depot store at close out prices. I have seven 1.5 amp hour batteries and two 5 amp hour batteries. I have 4-5 chargers and 4-5 bags at this point too.$149 on the website for my local HD
Nice price @Saltwater60
Do you have other 20V Li DeWalt tools to use the battery? At $149 here it is for the tool only.
Not being a jerk, but I had Ryobi stuff and loved it too. I always thought the dewalt stuff was overpriced and just for real contractors until I had dewalt stuff. The dewalt stuff is far superior, but I did go from Nicad to Lithium batteries at the same time so take that into account. I love the control I can get out of the impact driver. When I do drywall screws I just use that with no dimple tip. Obviously I do limited paywall or I would have a gun for that, but the dewalt stuff is just more refined and I have better control yet more power if that makes sense.I have one from Ryobi. I love it.
IMO the best Belt sander there is is made by Ryobi, it has a zero profile so you can get it next to walls and such. I have some Dewalt tools (old and newer batteries) but my go to tools are Milwaukee. Have over 1k just in batteries. Love Milwaukee hand tools too. Best wire stripper on the market. Not being a jerk, but I had Ryobi stuff and loved it too. I always thought the dewalt stuff was overpriced and just for real contractors until I had dewalt stuff. What did you pay for that laser level. I should get one for my next tiling job to lay out a grid.Amazing score. My new handheld tools I'm buying Kobalt due to aggressive pricing and good quality, but dewalt is a better brand.
I drove about 170 screws into some flooring a couple of days ago with an impact screw driver and they are a must-have. Like you said, excellent control--I was able to drive the screws flush without over-driving. The fine control when trying to get it just those last fractions of an inch is really nice.
I bought a bosch laser level last year (GL 30) and my only regret is having waited so long. It's incredibly useful and makes straight lines on floors as well.
Can’t recall but was checking yesterday and it’s $60 or so for it. It has made it nice laying out a straight line and then it is there the whole time while tiling, with no need to worry about the chalk line. What did you pay for that laser level.
