I do know that due to some ridiculous NYC administrative code you cannot possess ammunition if you don't have a gun permit. Maybeeeee, they stretched to get those charges?

This is important... NY is so far gone. In between needing a license just to own a 3d printer, now we got NY judges saying "2A does not belong in my court room!".
This man is sentenced 10 years in prison for making guns as a hobby and for owning more then 50 rounds of ammo.
