Comrade Newsom issued new ORDERS for all gatherings in California - just in time for Halloween & Thanksgiving.
1) No more than three households may gather together at one time. Gatherings should be two hours or less.
2) When "different households" gather together they must meet outside. Attendees may go inside to use restrooms as long as the restrooms are frequently sanitized.
3) People who are singing or chanting should wear a face covering at all times and are strongly encouraged to do so quietly - at or below the volume of a normal speaking voice."
4) when at a restaurant, dinners must wear a mask, but can remove the mask BETWEEN BITES, then must replace the mask
