I wish it listed if these locations allow the carrying of firearms on their property.

Problem is these locations are likely considered banquet halls and these are gatherings of people expressing concerns about their rights so that makes 2 strikes against them per the new law. And both the fire depts have ambulances and are therefore licensed by the dept of health for a third strike per the new law. If I’m remembering the law correctly.

No banquets going on at this time. Maybe they serve alcohol, but I’m not sure. Banquet halls themselves are not banned.
This is not a protest so that’s not a thing either. Maybe it could be called an “event” but I’m having a birthday party at my house on Sunday and that’s an event too. My BIL or FIL will bring beer is that a felony?
as for the ambulances yes two are fire halls, but two are not.
Bottom line is this is a freaking joke and so hard to walk through. It’s a joke and you’re probably right some how, some where.

There are no UNCONSTITUTIONAL Laws until now, seeing that the Federal Judge acknowledged the State of NY's new laws as being unconstitutional but allowing them to stand!
A Law cannot be UNCONSTITUTIONAL, it isn't law then, cannot be, etc.

So... As the Judge has already acknowledged this law as being unconstitutional, I don't acknowledge it, I will not comply with it. If unconstitutional, I cannot be unlawful then either...

Wow! So if someone wanted to shut down a shooting club as a vendetta, they can bring in their gun sit down at the bar, and then covertly call the police and shut the club down permanently. That's messed up!
