Ithaca (NY) third grade event shows how anti-Israel indoctrination has moved into elementary schools
VIDEO: Activists manipulate third-graders into hating Israel
I went there once. The place gives me hives.THIS is the very essence of Ithaca - massive hubris and narcissism. Worked there 7 years; luckily didn't have to live there.
Without doubt the most fucked up place I've ever encountered. The weirdness, arrogance and shear insanity of the belief that they are the smartest most correct community in the country is stupefying.
From an actual bumper-sticker:
"Ithaca: 10 Square Miles Surrounded by Reality"
Jews in the United States are very different than Jews in Israel. Might have something to do with all the violence at their doorsteps? Maybe someone should go to this school in Ithaca and explain that the Jews were there first. Then they can explain why a 4000 year old city has always had a Yiddish name, Jerusalem.Interesting article which then begs the question: in light of the left's support for palestine, why do the Jews (generally) keep voting democrat?
@Dr. Evil ???? Any insight, sir?
I grew up in Baltimore, a city with a gigantic jewish population, and i could never understand why so many of my Jewish friends parents voted Democrat. Generally speaking, they were super educated business owners who supported israel. Why the left lean?
Why do Jews vote Democrat? It's a genetic disorder.I grew up in Baltimore, a city with a gigantic jewish population, and i could never understand why so many of my Jewish friends parents voted Democrat.
A truer statement has never been uttered! Israeli jews are tough as nails. I've met a few that scared the crap out of me-- and they were women!Jews in the United States are very different than Jews in Israel.

That sounds like a party! The weird thing was that the biotech I worked at had some of the least likely people to be in Ithaca. Some didn't live there, like myself.
Together, we had a riot, many times at the expense of Ithacans. A number of gun owners, libertarians, constitutionalists and conservatives. And a mixture of men and women. We were nuts as a group.

Don't kid yourself.A truer statement has never been uttered! Israeli jews are tough as nails. I've met a few that scared the crap out of me-- and they were women!

...who wants to see their destruction? (For once i'm not being sarcastic.)Is there a movement in Israel to give the land back to the palestinians? Many there vehemently dislike their current "conservative" leadership and even greatly like President Obama.
That's how I've always seen the Mossad. I bet when new recruits join they get a wallet embossed with "badass motherfucker"on it.The latter were sometimes VERY scary in a subliminal way - Mossad?
That sounds like a party!
In some ways it was - a lousy place to work, but I'd have to say we were of self-support group. I'd link to a couple of the vids we'd watch as "therapy", but after the Tom Ford post debacle, no way.
I have some distant relatives down in NYC that have dual citizenship and live part of the year in Tel Aviv. I know this sounds messed up but they like the tax code better here, but they like living there better that is until the shooting starts and then they haul ass back to NYC. They are as liberal as one can be but i'm not so sure anymore.Don't kid yourself.
There are Leftist Liberal Progressive Jews in Israel. The Left is a strong force in that small socialist democracy. Many there vehemently dislike their current "conservative" leadership and even greatly like President Obama.

That's an awesome video, and bloody well explains it.I thought this video was well done.

That makes sense. I like to think NYC Jews vote Democrat because they are on an island with 22 million democrats and they don't want to be the one person at the party arguing for conservatism.I thought this video was well done.

I know that feeling from being on a college campus. I use "Libertarian" to describe my views so I don't have to argue with people (it's true anyways). "Conservative" tends to be a trigger word, lol!
I go through life using as many of these "Trigger" words as possible...
That's why I start most political "discussions" with intractable Liberal Progressives with the simple phrase: "Go f**k yourself!"And I would say 'keep up the good work'. I guess I'm just taking the easy way out.
I go through life using as many of these "Trigger" words as possible. I use them in small groups, large groups and with people I have never seen or met just to get a rise out of them.
