Yup was .10 until last year 2019 when it was lowered to .08

Im pretty sure in ny its not illegal to carry in a bar as long as youre not consuming alochol...I may be wrong tho.

It's not illegal, but they "recommend" you don't do it, whether you're drinking or not. Here in Erie county anyway.

I may be in the minority and don't hunt anymore but everybody I know thought nothing about getting up, getting their coffee, go hunting, come back for lunch and beers, go back out again. Granted, the drinking was kept under control until it was time to come in.
