I'm a registered Democrat...been on this site for a while. Discussed a lot of things. I don't care for lines in the sand...black and white...the term fudd and profiling for someone else's pleasure

they don't seem to exist in my world. I'm sure there are some Dems out there that will discuss gun control in a reasonable manner just haven't met one yet but I'm still looking

One of my brothers in law is liberal but very willing to discuss rationally and respectfully most any topic. Of course, he's also an avid hunter and somewhat of a gun guy too. He's held public office in this state at the local level , and so pissed off the Dem machine the Republicans endorsed him for reelection when he then ran as an independent . He's a great guy and I respect his opinions even if we disagree ,as he does for me. He's a Vietnam veteran too

The only thing that directly aggravates me at this point of my life that democrats do, is fucking with my right to own the legal firearms I so choose. Voting to disarm me because you're very emotionally weak and too ignorant to listen and or learn about what the second amendment entials, is not any defense to an opinion. Because they have a right to speak (which I do support) they now believe their opinion on something has value and makes sense and is superior, just because.... This by itself clearly shows a mental problem no doubt. What it comes down to is pure emotion and frankly plain stupidity on their part all the freaking time. I simply don't care if they want a firearm to protect their own kids when bubba breaks into their kids bedroom while they're sleeping because that's their own responsibility, not mine. You bet your ass I'm going to hate you when you're taking away my freedoms that has nothing to do with you anyways. It limits my ability to protect myself and others at a greater value, hobbies and entertainment, and at the end of the day, life, liberty and freedom. You bet your sorry ass it pisses me off. Why would I even want to speak to such stupid assholes like that anyways? I always let them talk to me first, I don't initiate any conversations with them. The reason for that is because there's a whole lot more going on in their brains to have those types of mentalities and want and need for control over others that're minding their own business. They're like blood sucking mosquitoes. As far as I go, I don't affiliate myself with any political party. Do what you want, but leave me the fuck alone please.

The only problem with an opinion is that most democrats dont know what an opinion is.
Like when a democrat says, "its my opinion that most mass shooting are committed with an assault rifle."
No, you are not allowed to have that opinion Mr Democrat.
Or....."Its my opinion that AR-15s are military weapons."
No again, you cannot have that opinion.
Most Dems do not realize they cannot have an opinion going against facts.
"Guns can be dangerous, so I dont like them", is an opinion.
"Guns are only used to kill, so I dont like them", that cannot be an opinion.

I know a few guys at work that lean pretty Left. They voted for the Hildabeast and Obummer.

Not huge gun people, they don't seem to care one way or another about the Constitution.

I find the biggest obstacle when talking with those on the Left is they think with their feelings.

I have nearly no emotion outside of my family. I have no empathy or sympathy for my fellow man. I am to the point that I just don't care to much about others. Been like this a long time.

I try to deal in facts and REAL common sense, pretty much feeling-less. Liberals and others on the left cannot seem to separate the feelings from anything else.
