They pull that shit and I'll go buy a bicycle and ride it uninsured just for giggles. Seems if they require insurance, registration might be required too? And then, annual inspections. I can just imagine my 73 year old self facing da judge for riding an unregistered uninsured uninspected peddle bike. Think I'd do a Biden simulation and be deemed too incompetent to punish
