Facey was arrested and transported to SP Ogdensburg for processing. He was arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court where he was released on recognizances.

Sad to say but SOME people do not deserve to exercise their 2A rights. This is an example just like the DMV lawyers who state that driving is a priviledge, and not a right. I know that the 2A is enshrined in the Constitution but they are hell bent on making this all a priviledge.
