If not, any defendant can demand to have one or more of the Dominion machines inspected by a computer programmer or to check the proprietary program for irregularities

I doubt they will have to produce a voting machine. The cases against them have all been rejected so that should be proof enough.

Fox perpetuated the same lies as other sources--lies even Sidney Powell, for example, are now claiming were so absurd that a reasonable person wouldn't have fallen for them anyway (many who were told these lies and believed them still defend her and her ilk, unbelievably).

As for the legal defense of Fox, the onus is on Fox to prove that what it said either did not damage Dominion or that it was true; the onus is on Fox news, not on dominion.

You cannot go to the news and claim your neighbor is a molester and then when he brings you to court for defamation your defense is "prove you're not a molester".

Dominion is making a mockery of these clowns and is going to get some well deserved settlements out of them. Next time there is an election they are going to be careful to stick to facts, not incessant bullshit posted online.

Fox as a media entity has larger leeway than most when defending against defamation suits, but their compatriots eventually keyed into what was happening. Remember americanthinker's apology?

There are enormous protections afforded the press, and libel is typically a very high bar to clear. Their lawyers clearly thought Dominion cleared that bar.
