I don't think he actually knows all about the topics he talks about in his videos. Maybe I'm wrong, but I bet he is given instruction on how to do something so that he looks like he knows what he's doing in the videos.
I went to another ammo provider on the Internet and ordered it for the same price plus free shipping. A different vender for the bolt and holster and deleted the short cut for midway from my computer.
Screw them
Well boys, kinda confused, maybe you can educate me on this one. I used to purchase a lot of ammo online, buy exactly what you want, better price etc. I did research TargetSportsUSA and indeed their policy does not prohibit private ammo sales/shipments to NY residents. I thought that the 'SAFE' act prohibited ammo internet sales, unless shipped to a retailer and picked up face to face. What gives?
I see. That's great news! Much appreciate the quick reply. The ammo part of the SAFE act should go into effect only after a system of background check for ammo is established. This never happened, so it's not in effect. This is not even a gray area, it is quite clear.
I knew the ammunition background check portion of the SAFE act never went into effect, but did not know the whole ammunition restriction portion of it hinged on an ammunition background check system being operational. You learn something new every day.The ammo part of the SAFE act should go into effect only after a system of background check for ammo is established. This never happened, so it's not in effect. This is not even a gray area, it is quite clear.
Agreed. I vote, since 1978, every election. Modern business models= return on investment...inventory turnover. Fill a space with something that sells 10x/month vs once a year. Shame. Finding hard-to-find parts just gets hardet, and more expensive.Once upon a time Midway was the go-to company for reloading components and ammo. Back in the day they carried all the odd calibers for vintage and antique firearms. They did a decent job on gun parts, gunsmithing supplies and tools. The big ammo shortage (& components) came coupled with the unSafeAct and business fell off along with customer service. Basically their market and business model made them change. Corporate CYA? I don't blame them.
No ammo and magazines to NY, look at the prior gubbiners election turn out and I've said it before, THANK YOUR LOCAL FUDDS.
Did you thank your local FUDDs?Ammo just arrived, nobody got arrested, killed, SWATted, sued or anything of the sort. Sorry midwayusa you lost a customer for nothing.
