I'm a bit conflicted on this. There are a few people I follow and learn a lot from who do metal machining. If they don't jump ship, I might run an add blocker to deny youtube add revenue and make contributions to their patrion accts.
It will be interesting to see what the big guys with deep pockets like Brownells and Midway do with their videos.

youtube is a very useful educational tool. I do visit for more other than gun porn. I installed an add blocker about a week or so ago.

YouTube is owned by Google... So who cares? Don't use it much at all anyway. And the video censorship will only create great traffic and revenue for a hosting site that will fill the gap!

I think well for me anyways, I will continue to use them when it benefits me. There are lots of non gun things that I've benefited from. I would never have been able to take apart my Dash and install my aftermarket radio for my Jeep without it.
If YouTube is anti gun, so be it. They will be unwillingly helping out a gun dude for other things. Same as the store I buy my food in or the restaurant I eat at. The TV shows I watch are played on anti gun networks too. Same goes for the anti gun bank I put my money into made from an anti gun company. The roads I drive on are anti gun too. Same as the builder of my house. And if the builder himself wasn't anti gun, some material he used comes from an anti gun source.
You can't boycott everything. I just live my life. Those things don't bother me.
