Why wouldn't they increase their prices? Supply and demand. Most of their production probably gets resold anyways via online channels. I imagine their input costs have increased in the past year as well.

I think component cost is the biggest factor in play. Copper and lead prices are both up.

They also cited lack of supplies during the last shortage when the hildabeast was running against Trump. That was bullshit considering the shelves were stocked less than 2 weeks after Trump won. I think they're just making excuses to keep prices high by keeping the supply down.

There's a few issues: 1) the biggest holdup is a lack of components, 2) where are they supposed to put more loading machines? They can't stack them, 3) It takes time and money to set up more lines. You can't just go out and buy these machines at Costco. 4) Once the demand drops, what are they supposed to do with the machines that are just sitting and collecting dust?
