As far as sharing the information with the government, I have news for you: the government already knows who owns guns and what guns you own. Yes, there are gaps in their data, but for the most part, they have a pretty good handle on the situation.
When the time comes for the government to go full commie, the criminals will be put down without mercy. Of course, so will uncooperating gun owners. And, well, anyone else expressing any type of dissent. The list of gun owners just gives them a heads-up on where they may encounter resistance.Totally accurate, for guns owned by the good guys, the ones they don't have reason to worry about. The bad guys, not so much.
