What's the turnaround time after getting printed? I waited 8 months to get printed just wondering how much longer.

Ammendments were over a week but under two in your mailbox. Sometimes on amendments the USPS mail is almost slower than the approval since local Pouhhkeepsie mail is all routed through Albany.

Excellent thanks. Yeah I never understood the post office. That's the government for you send the mail 100 miles away for a 10 mile distance.

A friend submitted his amendment form in person at Dutchess Sheriff’s office in Sept and it took 14 business days for him to receive his new permit.
i had submitted an amendment form in May and received my permit in 5 business days

I've had turn around times at DCSO as low as 24-48 hours. I think I had one amendment go in on a Friday. Monday morning (or maybe Tuesday?) it was already in the mail and approved. So I've only had good experiences with DCSO so far.

It took me about a year, but I've had my permit for a while now. I think most of the time it takes between six months and a year, to my knowledge.

Just got approved for my concealed carry. Sent in application ~July 26 2017. Received call two days later for fingerprinting appointment for two months later Sept 28 2017. and Now received permit November 17 2017. less than two months later.

I was pleasantly surprised. now we'll have to see how the amendment process goes...
