I would think that a lawyer of her caliber would know about standing and not go public with it the way she has unless she was sure she had standing. But I don't know. I hope she isn't about to make a huge fool of herself and potentially end her career. We'll see.

That's plausible. Maybe she knows her legal career is over if Biden prevails because she defended Flynn? She'd sell a lot of copies of a "tell-all" book to Trump supporters with all this hype - especially if she's somehow "barred" from presenting her evidence.
