What I fear almost as much as a Biden/Kamala presidency, is Trump ends up getting re-elected by the house and then all this deep state, kraken, massive voter fraud and conspiracy against the constitution goes away. Nothing happens. No arrests. No idictments. No righting of the country and the deep state comes back after Trump's second term and we are back where we started here.

Matt is a Representative in the House. We need a Senator to challenge it also. The issue is, no Senator has stated like Matt has, that they will challenge it. I'm hoping Ted Cruz does the right thing.

Supposedly, Alabama senator Tommy Tuberville is going to join Gaetz. That may be enough to get Congress to take up the matter, but what are the chances of the democratically-controlled house deciding to disallow the democratic vote from one or more swing states? Even if there is blatant evidence of fraud presented, won't they still support their own crooked team?

If it comes down to the House voting for president and then Senate voting for VP, each state gets one vote, not each Representative. In that case the House has 26-23-1 in favor of Republican States. The problems are the RINO's Romney, Murkowski and Collins.
As I understand it, the house only votes for the President if 270 votes aren't available from the Electoral college. But they are, for Joe. The only way that changes is if both chambers agree on disallowing votes from some of the contested states. The House is never going to do that.
Another possibility for Trump is for Pence to recognize only the Republican electoral votes in the contested states. He would then need the FULL backing of the Senate. The Democrats are sure to object to this, but they would need an objection cosigner from the Senate. Without it, they can't move forward with the objection. Maybe this is why McConnell is telling his chamber not to contest the votes? Seems unusually ballsy for him, and Pence for that matter, to play it this way.
We still have a slim chance for the states themselves to switch the Electoral votes they "officially" cast. Officially meaning approved by the Governor or Legislature. These are the votes that will likely be accepted in any objection process that has the two chambers retire for deliberation.
