LOL, there are 62 counties in New Yorkistan, all the liberals need to win are the five borough's of NYC and a couple upstate counties. 13 counties went to whorchul, 49 went to Zeldin, who exactly has to get off there ass? All of NYshitty ??

Over simplifying to the point of being wrong, but...

The voter's county-ID is used as a seed for the State-ID.

State voter records will have StateIDs from 0 to 99,999,999, so the they hide their bogus voters in the range from 8,500,000 to 40,000,000. Legit voters will be within that range, too, but they'll assign IDs in that block predictably with a pattern, such that legit ones avoid the pattern.

Once you know the pattern used to assign State IDs to the bogus voter regs, you have a perfect road map for casting as many bogus ballots from those bogus registrations, as you see fit. Per county. You don't need to track which registrations you made, because the State-ID is sufficient to know if you can cast a bogus ballot with that voter.
It basically comes down to if(( StateID - 8500000) mod 1111 == 0) . There's a lot of obfuscation going on as well, so it isn't quite that blatant, but that is the basic concept.

And if that paper is correct, there are a metric shit ton of bogus voter registrations in that database, and the certification of every election in NYS from 2008 has been invalid and illegal.

I want to know who wrote that software stack.
I want to know how a user indicates that the StateIDs should be assigned using the Bogus Pattern.

The Georgia indictment accuses Trump and a number of others of conspiring to overturn the apparent result of the 2020 election in Georgia. I wrote about the indictment in detail here. The problem with the indictment is that using legal means to try to reverse the apparent result of an election is not illegal. In fact, it may well be praiseworthy. It happens all the time; that is how Al Franken, for one, became a senator. I wrote that there is only one illegal act alleged in the indictment, and it does not involve Donald Trump. That act was breaking into a voting machine or other voting equipment in Coffee County for the purpose of trying to prove voter fraud.
