Heard an interesting story in the radio on the way home. Combination of mis-management by Puerto Rico enriched by.......wait for it......the usual players. Barclays, Morgan Stanley, etc. etc. Guess who foots the bill....AGAIN. That's right. Guess I'm going to work again for free for another couple weeks.

Im curious though, what exactly is Emporer Corruption promising the Puerto Rican people.
I understand there are more Puerto Ricans in Manhatten than on the island, so my guess is he's grooming the Puerto Rican population to vote for him in his bid to be POTUS. Or to pad his bid for re-election
I have come to realize that Emporer Corruption doesn't do anything without a purpose. He has a goal and he is a master at setting up the outcome.
The question becomes, can the law-abiding REAL New Yorkers make enough noise to disrupt the Emporers plans.
