EO Tech XPS Reticle is scratchy / fuzzy

Received a brand new EO Tech XPS2-0 yesterday from Primary Arms. Super excited to mount to a new build. Opened it up and found the reticle to be a total mess. I know that certain red dot sights can look shitty to some people, but I have other reflex red dots that the reticle looks perfect on. I'm focusing on the target in the distance, not on the reticle, and it still looks like ass. The only other EO Tech that I've every looked through is an older 512 model, the reticle on that was crystal clear to my eye. The images below are what I was able to capture with my cell camera. I focused the lense on the target through the sight, here's what the reticle looks like to me, it's beyond pixelated, it looks like a burning hoop that tigers would jump through at the circus.

May have to send that one back. That's what I see looking through red dots so I switched to green but that one is messed up.

The amount of flare on that reticle is unacceptable. Send it back. In general, L3 is very good about standing behind their products.
