anyone return theirs due to the recall?
Now that I'm sitting on two new Bushnell TRS and a Vortex SPARC, i am thinking I don't need this thing and emailed L3 tonight regarding the recall and refund.

Get on it!! I am kicking myself for not jumpingon some the deals going around on the bushnell optics past few weeks. I almost bought the TRS once, but ended up with a Lucid HD7

I know lots of guys that sent em in for recall. Easy as pie.

The trs25 is a great piece for the money. Only downside is you MUST turn it off ir it will eat the batteries. (I have had my aimpoint micro on for 4 years.....i may break down and change the battery )

Got an Eotech sitting on a Saiga. Probably haven't looked at it in 7 or 8 years. AA battery model, don't know which model. I wonder what I'd get for it.

It has sat in my safe for two years....I think i have more optics than rifles.
One of these will go on the mini.

We never instituted a recall, but we did have a voluntary refund which ended 3/23/17. Sorry we cannot accommodate your request.

But hey, unless it's a bunny or a bush, why would you want anything fuzzy?
I like the red dot now.

" our reticle should be fuzzy, a true hologram will be (especially if you view under magnification) – if its crystal clear, it likely is a red dot system which is LED and not laser. If you have one that is inordinately fuzzy, that is something we could look at.

They even gave us 210 rounds of 5.56 to haul around along with 60 rounds of 9mm that we would never use.

I recall when I was selling them they were in extremely short supply and retailed for $1300 plus, depending on the model. We could only get them with a letter from a commanding officer that we then forwarded to the the distributor. Only sold three, but we were shipped four. Normally they cost the dealer just under a grand, but the leo/mil price came in at $700 so I got a deal! This was for the TA01NSN. Great scope, back when I shot on a regular basis, could do body shots at 400. Not bad for me with a 4X scope. Now it sits on top of an older Colt in a safe in AZ and gets shot a couple of times a winter.
