JUST IN: Obama Judge Overseeing Epstein File Release Makes List of Demands​

A federal judge assigned to oversee the Justice Department’s request to unseal Epstein documents has responded with a list of demands.
US District Judge Paul Englemayer, an Obama appointee, responded to the DOJ’s request to unseal grand jury records.
Recall that Judge Englemayer previously blocked DOGE from accessing Treasury records.
Judge Englemayer is now assigned to the Epstein file release case.
Englemayer said he needs more information before he unseals grand jury transcripts:
Englemayer also said he needs a letter from Ghislaine Maxwell and the victims by August 5.

United States (2024)… where former presidents have absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within their core constitutional powers and presumptive immunity for other official acts, but no immunity for unofficial acts. It complicates things…

The question is, should Obama’s actions wualify as “official acts”?

WHAT DO I THINK?

Obama’s actions, as outlined by DNI Gabbard, involving the manipulating of intelligence to Frame Trump and undermine the 2016 election, would likely NOT qualify as “official acts” under the Supreme Court’s Trump v. United States (2024) ruling, as they are unofficial acts, criminal acts lacking constitutional authority. Plus, you don’t HIDE official acts.

if trumps name was on the list or mentioned any ware the dumocraps and Bidons goon squad would have it on every news outlet in the world, they know exactly who is mention on every single little slip of paper hell even if they found his name in a magazine or newspaper on Epstein island they would have twisted that into that he was there all the time
