Kathy Hochul doesn’t need that statistic because it’s not important. That’s statement she’s made translates to it’s so low it will hurt her position. Last I looked CCW holders were more law abiding and committed less crimes than cops did. The crime rate among us was so low the FBI stopped tracking it last I looked.
