Right, He has lived his entire life in prison. There is no way he has the social skills, support system or life skills to be anything close to a productive member of society. I give him a month before he either offs himself, or commits a crime turning himself in so he can go back.

You beat a 4 year old to death with a rock when you're only 13 years old, for no apparent reason, you are a sociopath/psychopath - forever.
Probably has a history of torturing and killing small animals, too.
