I think just the beginning of our slide into a deep deep recession (depression?)... Crazy people bought homes 200% and more over assessed value...not too mention the Automotive/Truck over valuations..people I know personally have 7 and 8 year loans on 6 year old cars with 80,000 miles...
I think that's why the War drums are beating....

well, that new saying ~~~~ You will own nothing, and be happy about it ~~~~ comes to mind.

Lock everyone in there homes, destroy small business ( the backbone of our economy ) and when average joe can't make up for all the defaults, take everything they own. Put them on the streets. make them dependent on the government. Agenda 21 is coming to fruition

Yep those dumb asses are screwed over paying for homes. Serious negative equity coming. Hope they plan on living there for ever and never needing any type of credit that looks at the value vs debt.

I really love the fact that nobody picked up how racist Hochuls 100% EV by 2030 and MORE IMPORTANTLY 35% by 2026 is.

Inner city minority’s will NEVER be able to afford a new car again! Likely any car due to mandatory inventory reductions based on lack of EV’s. And ZERO chance of charging at your inner city home (where side streets are packed with cars).

The KKK could not have dreamed of a better way to make them slaves to the government again. But the democrats figured out a way…

Same goes for pistol permits.. charge more money and make them take long classes they can’t afford or get time off to attend.

But hey… I think they actually like it because they do absolutely nothing to change it…

The goal is to have all public transportation. in the cities. Had a girlfriend in Toronto . She had a job doing inventory for stores. Yes there are companies that hire 30-40 people at a time and they would go into a store like Cosco and they do inventory in 6-8 hours for the entire store.
At times she would have to walk a few blocks to catch a bus that only runs every hour after say midnight. So she is standing in -5 degree temps waiting for a half an hour to catch a bus. like at 3 am with no one around. ... Made less than $10/hr years ago. so a taxi was out of the question ... Buses suck.
.. Yes there is no room for EV's in much of the city. .. What happens when a snow storm comes . ... No parking here or there... Total control of the population folks.

There are a lot of different angles here from the government prohibiting the collection of rent on properties that owners still had to eventually pay the mortgages on to people irresponsibly spending like they won the lotto when the government was handing out money. I have been waiting for the inevitable downward spiral for awhile now and I only see it getting worse in the next year.

You guys do realize that the taxes are going to jump massively right? they are hiring 87,000 new IRS agents. they are going to grab every dime they can. And if they want the rentals, they can triple the taxes until you dont want anything to do with it anymore. they are planning on fucking us bad.
