Gun buybacks are actually theft. They won’t give you tne actual value. How can they have a buy back when “they” didn’t own it in the first place. This plan is for fools, idiots and Democrats.

How much is this for. I have a few guns that are pretty trashed and not worth fixing I’d consider trading in. Likely won’t just out of spite, but if it pays enough cash for me to get some good functional ones I’d consider it.

I wonder if a law like this might encourage theft? Someone steals your guns and you don't get them back. Some petty thief doing the confiscation work for the government.
