It's just blind statism run amuck with too much power.

The government is deciding life and death matters that they have no business being involved in.

The poor parents even conducted private fundraising to try and have their baby treated so not to be a burden on the socialized payer system and their idiotic death panel won't allow the parents to use their money to take their child to America for experimental treatment.
