Muslims have 6-7 kids per family
Christians have 1-2 kids per family
This is why they are spreading throughout Europe. You notice no other middle eastern country will take them. This is by design. "immigrate" by the tens of thousands to Europe, them breed like rabbits, and within a few generations, Europe is no more.
Muslims are the religion of peace, they are your friend and they love everyone, right up until they have the numbers and the power, then you're going to see another Oct 7th, and it will be a bloodbath. Then you can be ruled by Sharia Law. Women and gays will LOVE that bonus feature of Islam

Democracy is fine. Letting in swaths of outsiders who do not wish to conform or share your general values is not. No form of government can withstand that.

And if you exclude them from voting, then it's not democracy anymore.
A qualified democracy is still probably the best bet.
My personal choice would be a nation with full democracy for citizens, but citizenship must be earned. It isn't birthright, or hereditary.
Basically you test into citizenship.
I also like the concept of a bicameral legislature where the representatives don't have specific terms, they simply need the endorsement from X number of voters and they hold office until they drop below that number. Voters can change their endorsement at any time.
One house is one vote per citizen for representatives, and the other house is one vote per dollar of tax paid. Guess which house gets to do the budget.
