From what I heard on YouTube , it’s not correct. The names of the CA comusters were sent to an independent company that was appointed by the court for the class action lawsuit. Third party who is company that specializes in contacting those who might be plaintiffs in a class action.

I think @NirvanaFan and I used their food when we went to Colorado. I didn't find it to be too bad, for what it was. Some were better than others. Not as good as MH, but also not as expensive. You get what you pay for.

Yeah, I got one of those samples. Flavored pasta with no nutrition. They called and asked what I thought, I replied that I would starve to death on that crap and don't call me again.
