Ever try to get a police complain form?

Might not want to after watching this video. A couple years old, 2016 I think. A few NY departments in the mix.

I get it. It's a free country. IMHO, it seems like a simple question.

Person: "How do you file a complaint"?
Officer: "Yes sir, this is how you would go about doing that."

What idiots. Way to get yourself in trouble (likely more than) over someone else’s problem. Even when someone wants to complain about ME I tell them how to do it. First off, they usually are so surprised they never make the complaint. Secondly, when I was a cop on patrol it meant a day off the street and possibly overtime!

I'm not a cop, but when I think anyone is going to have an issue with me, I give them my supervisor's name and phone number.
He gets paid more, so he can deal with the a-holes!

My lawyer sent me in for a complaint form ..

this appears to be happening just under 50 percent of the time ..
