Pellet guns are great farm pest control. I bagged a lot of rats and pigeons last century with my ancient old school Crossman 760.

Add to your Christmas list the Movie “A Christmas Story “ and give it to every young niece , nephew , son , daughter , brother or sister. For any that are already old enough buy them a BB/ pellet gun.

Moms Demand Action have also made contact with some in the Assembly and Senate about gas BB / Pellet guns / rifles. Understand efforts also taking place in CA, NJ, CT, but was summarily dismissed earlier this year in TX when they were in session.

I believe the true method behind their madness is they see it as a gateway to using real firearms and BB gun laws aren’t enforced. This is the reason behind no guns until 21 as well IMO. Same with the toy gun buy backs and laws. Stop kids from using guns early enough as toys and they won’t want them as grown ups. If you haven’t done something by 21 you’re not likely to start doing it.

I agree with what you’ve said for the most part but I wouldn’t say Not likely. More like Less likely. A slight difference I know, but it’s there. I have friends that I grew up with that didn’t really get into firearms for one reason or another until they were in their late 20’s early 30’s .
