While adjusting the scope it unintentionally landed on one of his neighbor across the street’s open windows; Elmore told police and reporters that he was amazed at what he saw happening inside.
Ahh thanks thought it sounded very fairy taleishThis was posted before. It isn't real.
If this were true, i wouldnt see a problem with it. Seeing someone being violently assaulted and in danger or being killed or subject to serious bodily injury, is enough to use dpf. Although, as a good samaritan, you are taking great risk from a legal standpoint.I wouldn't think it's legal to be sniping a stranger from across the property..not his life or limb in danger, not his property in danger, the dude was clearly spying around through his scope (yea yea rested it on the window sill and low n behold it magically aimed at the alleged scenario going on) for all he knew it could have been a family prank or a movie being filmed.. I don't agree with shooting people from across the street without completely having justification, he's not still in the war..
Dammit. Fooled me again! This was posted before. It isn't real.
