I’m going out on a limb here and guessing you didn’t have the same clearances as the directors of the cia. You didn’t make millions off security clearance by starting consulting firms and your clearance is no longer active so basically revoked. I don’t like the idea of people acting like they are in it to serve the county then making millions off something the gov. Gave them. When you leave your clearance should be revoked and it is for the vast majorityWho cares.?
I used my 25 years in the military for the same reasons. I have never given up or had taken away my clearances either.

They expire after 5 years to the best of my knowledge. At least mine will.Um, no. My clearance has not been revoked. If you ever had one, yours probably was not revoked either.
