What a bitch. I hope this ruins her life and she can not find a job. She lied about sexually harassment who would hire her now. That's a serious accusation. Also the ACLU is off there freaking rockers. Let's let people lie about the cops to promote a conversation. So it's ok to lie now to make cops look bad, but not tell the truth to vindicate yourself or the police. Wow. I guess that's their narrative lie, lie, lie. Now I can never trust them or anything they say. Also if they did not post the truth this cop would have been ridiculed and protests would come until he was fired. I'm glad the chief stood up for his man. I hope he sues this girl and wins enough to retire.

This is a very common mindset of kids her age. My observation is to thank the schools for telling the kids if Anybody touches or hurts you tell the teacher or someone in school. I see it many times with friends and family members kids. They think they can rule the world and everyone else bows to them. I think the officer was way to lean on her he should have pepper sprayed her to let her feel the sting of Authority. But then that's to cruel she's just a girl. Yes she is a girl off her med and obviously having some type of psychotic epsode. Assaulting a police officer and making false claims of police inappropriate action. Shouting lies to get the public to come to her aid as she assaults and resists arrest. She a star for sure. I have a family member whose son has a record of assault on his girlfriend, grandfather, grandmother, and mother many times bitting kicking punching and pushing down his grandfather down to the ground. Grandfather is 88. I would wait for the day they call to tell me the coward ass punk gets some lesson in life from the law. He does the same shit to the cops and there afraid of him they won't touch him. I told him any day he wants to push me he can. Funny he won't take up on the offer. Coward ass punks don't like them.

That there is the problem. They truly believe if they are loud and violent enough, the police should back off.
Oh contraire my dear, thats when you make your firrst mistake.
Then EVERY SINGLE WORD this girl utters about her "rights" is incorrect.
In this day of violent extremism and entitlement, maybe schools should teach how to conduct youselves in public and how to interact with authority.
Or, just bring back charm schools.

My father is a cop and came a crossed a black man running through stop signs and ref lights. He finally got him to stop. He had no brakes. A brake line blew and he had no fluid left. The guy wanted to drive the car back to Buffalo. My dad said he'll no you can't do that. I'm sure gave him a ticket. So the guy whined and cried he had no money to get back to Buffalo. My dad and another cop felt sorry for him. They called him a cab and gave him $60.00. Come to find out he sues them and says he was only pulled over because he was black. The city gives him $2,700 to settle the case. Come to find out he lied to the cabby and said they only gave him $20.00. So he stole $40.00 and I would have arrested him for that.

ACLU can go f itself. I have thought of giving them money for time to time but really now a cop accused of sexual harassment with a camera can't make that video public? if I was a cop I'd be begging for a bodycam, just begging for it.

What's bothersome here is I see no indication the police are charging her also with libel, and it would be a simple case to make.

Libel (and slander) isn't a crime to charge someone with, it is a tort to sue them over.

I wish the officer could sue her for it, but I think his position prevents that, not sure. Anyone with a badge know for sure ?

we really need to fix CPS on what is child abuse and what is not .. i heard a pre teen the other day mouth off to his mother , they did what they could .. back in my pre teen days for what he said i would be picking my teeth out of the sheet rock from a slap across the face .. Discipline, Respect .. that slap wasn't abuse ...

Bodycams work both to protect the public and the police.

You can blame the parents in some situations for the action of their children. But it is our society and culture that is the real blame for these irresponsible kids.

Culture(?), you mean the one created by communist social engineering, that continues to be enacted at an alarming rate. They create a problem and promise legislation to solve it, lots of legislation, which creates more problems which they will solve through more laws, and we pay for it with our tax money and more importantly our loss of the ability to make simple decisions without government interference, or more succinctly, Loss of Freedom.
