I've got a M1 Garand that, like my Enfield before it, doesn't fit in with my Collection. Its all SA parts with a lockbar rear sight and milled trigger guard.

-P-38 Cxb 43 Hard shell holster - Looking to sell this holster I bought originally to rig my Bringback P38, but have realized if I'm never gonna sell the gun no point to have the holster if I'm not even gonna use it. Bought from Checkpoint Charlie's for $200 Shipped. Small chipping/repair? on the magazine slot and minor cracking, but overall decent condition.

Stock almost looks like a Danish Spalted Birch replacement. If so is there a slip of paper under the barrel? Also what make barrel and date. Thanks

I pmed you. last time I had it apart, no paper under the barrel. I'd guess stateside replacement, CMP or similar.
