I know of a diversity hire that was pointless and that person accomplishes nothing, barely works, says they will do things in meetings, and then others do them. They know they cant be fired because they are the only minority in leadership so they just don’t care. We pay for this many times over and all the people around them suffer. Now this ain’t the case for every minority by any means and all races and class of people do this to some degree.
