Cuomo is in an oath breaking class by himself nearly completely. I know there is a high degree of debate on this forum about oaths with regard to enforcement of unconstitutional laws. (@Willjr75 and myself are no strangers to having such discussions.) But Cuomo is on a whole other level. He's knowingly going against federally established rules and laws by supporting legislation which violates the bill the rights. He's undermining the US constitution and, if we had a working justice system, should be charged with treason.
The only reason the man gets away with it is because the SCOTUS is more concerned with making law than reading the constitution, and surrounding literature of the time of an article passing, in order to get clarity. Instead, they're too busy making determinations of whether Affirmative Action is acceptable (which, should be a no brainer and thrown out, since the very OATH of SCOTUS is to judge laws without regard to whom it applies to.)
Everyone takes an oath to the constitution upon entering office, but the problem is none are held to it at the federal or state level. Neither Cuomo, nor SCOTUS.
