I’m a big fan of Muzzy 3-blade 100 grain With 1 3/16” cutting diameter. They’re simple, cut on contact, will cut through bone with ease, and half the price of brands like Rage, etc.
As long as I bow hunt and they’re for sale, I’ll never use anything different.
I love the G5 Montec series of broadheads. They fly like field tips, and can easily be sharpened if necessary. They are a solid one piece design which eliminates any loose parts.
As far as collapsable broadheads go, I have used NAP Spitfires with success. They are nice because they do not require a rubber band ring to keep them closed. Instead, they rely on a dimpled spring to maintain tension on the blades so they stay closed until impact.
The weight of your broadhead as well as the spine weight of your arrows will depend on how your bow is set up, it's draw length, draw weight, and type of cams. Your archery pro shop knows all that.
I will add that I LOVE the illuminated nocks. They make it easy to watch your arrow all the way to the target, and easy to find your arrow if it passes through. I can't remember which brand I thought were better though.
