ATF agents went undercover and successfully purchased 19 guns from Holdy. Court documents indicate Holdy sold agents short-barrel machine guns, assault rifles and handguns.

I just want to thank the ATF , the FBI , all the Govt officials for making gun control laws and helping out the black market ..

No such thing as a short barreled machine gun. It's either a short barreled rifle/shotgun, or its a machinegun, it can't be both. If it's a machine gun it can basically have anything else you want, the MG classification trumps everything else.

How could this happen in CA aren't they better than this. Again play up the bad gun stuff, but anything good and it's crickets.

IMHO, you jail the three above named criminal traitors, bust up their crews, and much of Cali's crime would go bye-bye.
