The U.S. federal bureaucracy doesn’t often admit wrongdoing. This time it took a change in the political landscape, many businesses threatening legal action and a congressman with a background in banking to force the bureaucracy to admit to misconduct and to stop financial attacks on legal businesses that the Obama administration deems to be politically incorrect.

I've been saying this for years, and was informed that gun ownership is not an "immutable characteristic". However now that the left has declared immutable characteristics to be completely optional when it comes to victim classes, like mentally ill people can claim to be whatever gender they want, and others can claim to be whatever race they want (you know, like certain Harvard professors) I see no reason why those "suffering" from hoplophilia or ammosexuality shouldn't be protected classes as well.
