February target challenge

I printed out a couple, did not look at them, when I got to the range the image was at best 6x9, shrunk on the paper. At 10 yards I would've needed to stand at the 5 yard line to see the birds. I tried shooting it but my eyes don't work down to that resolution.

Came home and printed a few more, changed settings to landscape - still unable to get a full 8x11 fill on the page. Any directions on how to get this to print full bleed would be appreciated.

A virtual high 5 isn't enough? Seriously though, in order to keep these friendly and get maximum participation a "virtual high 5" is the only prize that will be offered. Maybe @NYGuns can use a special smiley for the high shooter each month.

Maybe the winner can choose the next target or stance ? On another site that I frequent the monthly winner gets to choose the gun, stance and distance. Sometimes it's multiple guns and sometimes it's just one gun. Maybe a variation of that would Sufice?

Here is mine for 100 yards. I missed two and failed to shoot at one.
All the data is on the target. Those little birds are hard to see at 100 yards even with a 32 power scope.

Geez, that was harder than I thought it would be!
I almost hit the one 10 pt bird but I could see a bit of white around the hole so not counted. Maybe I would've been less shaky if I shot at this first instead of last for the day! I blame fatigue.

In your defense, I had a MUCH lighter gun to hold off hand than you did. Good job!

Got the same problem. If I was better at DOPEing I would use one of the smaller dots on the BDC.

Yeah, too tricky to mess with the scope and stuff. I'm going for more of a general purpose rifle with this AR, so I like the lower power scope for that.

Don't feel bad, I did the same damn thing on Sunday. I brought three guns specifically to shoot this target and I went and left the frigging targets sitting on the kitchen table. ALL of my targets, not just this one!! Dumb ass me. Oh well. I borrowed a sharpie from the clubhouse and used some scrap cardboard and had fun anyways.

I don't see why not. The tiny crows are approximately 1/2 of an inch on a full page.
