A three-judge panel from the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (Delaware, PA, NJ, and Virgin Islands) in a 2 to 1 ruling on Wednesday concluded that New Jersey’s ban on “high capacity” magazines “ (which should have been called normal standard magazines) does not unconstitutionally burden the Second Amendment’s right to self-defense in the home.”

Probably ... but either way he will claim that, rather than admitting he missed the sign or was fooled by the pitch. I just, however, flat out missed an earlier post. Anyway it is not flattering.

9th Circuit upholds injunction that temporarily halts California gun magazine law from going into effect

Yeah there have been some rulings in the 4th, 9th, and 2nd circuits that overturned or stayed legislation restricting standard size magazines as well as rulings that concluded infringing magazine sizes does not infringe 2A rights. Eventually these contradictory judgements need to be addressed by a higher court. I am not confident that SCOTUS will soon make an accurate ruling since I do not trust that the swamp monster infected Roberts will do the job he was sworn to do and personally would just as soon wait until RBG or another progressive judge moves on.
