Federal Automatch 22LR

Damn,
I gotta say, i am not happy with this current production of this ammo.
I bought a few boxes the other day, was happy to find it.
Yesterday i shot a bunch of it and was Plagued With Duds!
All three guns are usually Very reliable and i could hardly get thru a mag or cylinder without a misfire.

That sucks,I have 12 325 boxes of that stuff I haven't tried yet that I bought in the last couple months and 3 unopened 325 boxes bought within the last year and a half or so.

Anyone else having trouble with it?

I have shot a lot of it through a 10/22 and a MKII pistol with no problems. Maybe a bad lot, I guess that does happen.

I've been having good luck with it.

@Phauxtoe are you sure it's not the gun? A dirty firing pin channel or a broken firing pin can cause intermittent misfires.

Two squeeky clean, one a fairly clean 10/22
100% sure its the current manufactured auto match
(It has always been my go to bulk, hope its just the lot!)

I have six boxes of recent Auto Match I will try tomorrow with my Buckmark which I shot this ammo a few years back with no issue and my M&P 22 which is fussy with ammo and see what results I get!
