I wonder how well they eat. You would think if there was an issue like this around here that people would be eating a lot more pork. I know personally I would shoot at least one a quarter. I would also have a pig roast every summer and would take up smoking and sausage making. I already process our own deer so it would be a logical next step. I'm on the fence on if I would like to see them here or not. I would love to have a steady supply of pork but would hate the devastation they bring.

Big hog isn't that good, at least Florida hog.
