Anyone know of or has worked with an ffl 07 that will accept a non complaint firearm from free America and make a minor modification to make it NYFUAC compliant? My usual FFL 03 dosen't want it shipped to him unless the work is already done.

Sounds like he’s scared lol. We have no issue taking them in and converting them if that’s what you’re looking to do.
