FFL that transfer ar lowers near Delaware county

I have been wanting to build a featureless ar-15 for some time now. I’d like to buy a stripped lower and build it from the ground up. My question is does anyone know any ffl in Delaware county or surrounding county’s that will accept a stripped ar lower? I’ve called Marino’s in Hancock and they said they don’t transfer lower receivers. I was going to call any shop I could find but I thought it may be easier if someone on here knew of a specific shop that will transfer them. Thanks!

Bad time to start. Ffl's have been deemed "non essential" by the leading asshole in charge. You likely won't get one until after this mess is over.

RJW sales in Greene. He has stripped Anderson's for $48 or Aeros for $89. Usually has parts kits and buffer tubes as well.

In Delaware itself I don't know of many. I doubt Giffords's in Walton does ar type stuff.

Sportsman's adventures in onenota I believe will do lowers. I would avoid losies like a coughing stranger these days. Usually really unfriendly and will screw you over given the chance.

I’m actually right in Walton. I don’t think Gifford’s is even doing transfers anymore let alone ar lowers. They may still be do them though. They’re in the process of selling the business. I’d like to buy it but I’d be hard pressed to get a bank to give me that kind of money. Also thanks for the Greene place too. I’ll also check into sportsman too! Like the first guy said now isn’t the best time to try and find one with the current situation but I figured I try to find a few places that will sell them for when it all settles down. I’m pretty excited about it because for years I thought you couldn’t even buy a stripped lower in ny unless you bought a full featureless build or a full fixed mag rifle.
