Get the ABS's of Reloading and the Lee reloading book. Both were very helpful to me when I started.

Your not going to like my answer but here it goes. (The upside is you can get drunk) Your fist step is to brass prep and more brass prep. You start by decapping and resizing a lot of brass that can fit into your cleaner. While it's running you keep decapping and sizing. Once the first batch is done you can either keep doing that or you can move onto the next steps. For rifle you need to trim the brass then deburr and chamfer it also remove any military crimps. Like alluded to earlier all the steps can be done while drinking. I personally use a bunch of coffee cans that are well labeled to keep the steps separate.
Next step it to prime the brass. I usually do this on a week night when the wife is watching some bad tv.
After that no more drinking! Now you load your powder and top it with a bullet. I hate to say this but youtube can be your friend to get the overall idea of it.

I've been watching YouTube and seen people do things in different orders. Some clean the brass and tumble before they decap and size. That seems to be the best method to me so your not putting crap in your die.

The Lee book has a ton of reload data and (once you get past Mr. Lee's salesmanship - he's very proud of his products) does a good job of explaining all the steps in reloading. For $20 +/-, I thought it was well worth it.
That really depends on your process. I use an ultrasonic so I have to decap before cleaning.

I will be dry cleaning and using a corn cob plux mix.
I will be washing all the brass I have right now though in the sink and drying it before initial reload. I have a few big buckets full and some of it was collected and unsure of initial condition.
If you have a bunch of iffy brass you could run it in the tumbler for a few minutes to knock the gunk off. Then resize and decap followed my the main ckeaning. Don't forget to use some mineral spirits and some nufinish during tumbling. Also there's a trick with putting snake pieces of used fabric softener sheets in to collect the junk during tumbling .

I'm currently separating my brass out. Regular bulk 223 stamped brass in 1 bucket and LC/FC/556 mil spec brass in another. Plus sorting all my other calibers.
I will mostly be reloading for bulk in 223.

I do have a portable Lee reloading setup in my van that I bring to the range when doing load testing for the rifles and handguns I build, but you need to learn on your equipment.

from the photo .. after putting the brass into the tumbler for cleaning .. mount the powder measure .. it will not work well laying on it side 
and i don't see a bottle of car polish for the tumbler ..

Then tumble the brass. I use the dry tumbler with coarse walnut hulls from Harbor Freight.
Then I check for bits of walnut hulls stuck in the primer hole.
Then I will resize the brass.
I then check the brass with a case length gauge. $20 from Sportsman warehouse.
Then trim what needs trimmed.
Set the powder measure up and go.
I have two lock n load presses set up, maybe later this year or next year i will get a progressive press.
Until then I will just enjoy what I have.
Once you see what powder works for you buy it in the 4 or 8 pound containers.
When you see primers on sale, STOCK UP ON THEM..
And if you decide to get out of reloading sell you stuff to HIGHLAND LOFTS!
I will pay you a fraction of what you paid for it.

Very impressive! Quite organized for such a busy area. The slat boards are much sturdier than peg board and can be home made. Much more durable.or keep a eye on stores remodeling and grab the slat boards
This is your basement? Any moisture issues? Keep yer powder dry. In this case top shelves .... have a dehumidifier?

its a shed out back of the trailer ( mobile home park ) 12 x 16 .. the flip side of the shed would be a wood stove and 32" TV over the door too ..

That is exactly what it is. I'm not 100% done with it yet as I want to add some shelves to the back and lights.
I only stained and poly the top at the moment because the fumes were too much for winter with Windows closed. Stunk for days haha
