Firearm licensing appeals process

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has published “Emergency Rule Making” which creates an appeals process for pistol license denials in the July 19, 2023 edition of the New York State Register.

Upon reading it, IT IS MOSTLY ABOUT THE APPEALS PROCESS FOR PRESENT FIREARMS OWNERSHIP, BEING DENIED.

Remember that internet review process--3 years of posts, for all gun owners...I will bet that is ongoing right now, and revocations for gun ownership are on their way, via some fat dumb cat lady, review of an appalling,racist sexist, anti LBGTQ, slime bucket statment, about their subhuman proclivities.

Hochul does nothing for upstate, but attempt to imprision us all,for voting against her....like Biden.
