I tore both of my rotator cuffs last March benching . Holy shit, it took forever to heal up . I just started to go back and working with light weights to help build some muscle around the injury. Its comming along , there isnt much pain in my arms when I extend them anymore. just a little bit in my right arm . the weight lifting seems to have helped a lot. I also used that osteo bi flex , that seems to have helped a bit too. Not 100% yet , but Im improving.
